Shane’s Panes Glass is a locally owned, family-operated window repair and glass company proudly serving Georgetown, Round Rock, Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Lago Vista, and surrounding Central Texas communities.
Founded in 2013 by husband-and-wife team Shane and Brooke Lenard, the business was born out of a real problem—and a practical solution. While Brooke was working in property management during a townhome renovation project, repeated delays in closing sales were caused by failed window seals and fogged glass. Waiting on large glass companies to bid and replace entire windows became costly and inefficient. At the same time, Shane was already working hands-on in the glass industry as a glazier.
Together, they saw the gap in the market—and Shane’s Panes was created.
What started as one truck and a simple goal has grown into a trusted local company known for honest service, quality craftsmanship, and fair pricing. Built almost entirely through word-of-mouth, Shane’s Panes has expanded from a two-person operation into a dedicated team, while still maintaining the personal, hands-on service that customers value.
At Shane’s Panes, the mission is simple:
Not every window needs to be replaced—many can be repaired for a fraction of the cost.
Instead of pushing full window replacements, the team focuses on practical, cost-effective solutions like:
- Repairing fogged or failed double-pane glass
- Fixing windows that won’t open or close properly
- Replacing cracked or broken glass
- Upgrading to energy-efficient glass options
- Custom glass for showers, cabinets, tables, and railings
Their philosophy is straightforward:

Customers work directly with the owners—when you call, you speak with Brooke, and when it’s time for measurements or service, Shane is often the one who shows up. No call centers, no outsourcing—just real people who care about doing the job right.
Like many small businesses, the journey hasn’t been easy. Built on sacrifice, long hours, and relentless commitment, Shane’s Panes Glass is truly a product of hard work, faith, and perseverance. From operating out of their home in Lago Vista to opening a shop in Georgetown in 2023, every step has been driven by their desire to provide for their family and serve their community.
Today, Shane’s Panes Glass continues to grow while staying true to its roots—delivering reliable, affordable glass services with integrity and a neighbor-first mindset.
