My patio door window shattered two nights ago. I texted the office & within 30 mins I was on the schedule for next day to remove broken glass. Today, my full glass & frame were replaced. This is the 2nd time I've used the family-owned business; last year was for warranty panes. Both experiences were AAA+ from initial contact to communication to installation. Simply THE BEST! Shane replaced several of our fogged windows in late 2021 and did such a great job that when the time came to have several more replaced in October 2024, we had no hesitation in calling on Shane's Panes again. Shane made the measurements and the good folks at the office let us know that delivery and installation would be in 2-3 weeks. They were true to that estimate. When the workers came in the morning (on-time), the work went well until one of the new windows developed a small crack at one corner. We knew that problem would be rectified but didn't know that the company would put in an emergency request to fabricate a replacement for the cracked window and install it the same afternoon!!!! That's a company that cares about its customers and its reputation. Mega kudos for Shane's Panes!
